Environmental Systems, Inc (ESI) recently acquired Royal Engineering, of Warwick, RI. Royal Engineering now becomes the Rhode Island division of ESI, retaining the company name and office location it established in 1978.
ESI President Shawn Elliott, along with partners Renee LaPorte and James Baldasaro, and Royal President Greg Pellicano are excited to merge the skill sets and cultures of the companies into the new ESI Rhode Island Division. In announcing the acquisition, Mr. Elliott makes note of the “longstanding relationship shared between ESI and Royal” and that, “Mr. Pellicano’s friendly relationship with ESI founders, Robert Elliott and Richard LaPorte, made the transition between first and second generation ownership seamless and integrated.”
Royal Engineering, Inc. has been serving Rhode Island, Massachusetts and eastern Connecticut since 1978 and specializes in commercial and industrial heating, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems.
