Preconstruction Planning

Engineering
Our highly trained in-house mechanical engineering department is dedicated to the design of all types of HVAC systems using the latest in CAD and 3D modeling technologies. With Revit-Autodesk software for Building Information Modeling (BIM), our team of engineers can work collaboratively to plan, design, construct, and manage industry-leading mechanical systems.
Prefabrication Capabilities
ESI’s state of the art 80,000 sq ft Taunton facility is equipped with plasma cutting tables, sheet metal coil lines, and multiple pipe welding stations. We are able to provide a more streamlined project as our sheet metal and piping tradespeople efficiently collaborate with our in-house designers.

Electrical
We pride ourselves with in-house knowledge of code-compliant electrical solutions for commercial facilities. As a licensed electrical contractor, ESI is able to deliver design/build solutions on new construction power wiring, retrofitting, or upgrades.
Plumbing
Our plumbing experts possess vast experience and understanding of intricate piping and plumbing systems for commercial buildings. Our team is proficient in adhering to plumbing regulations and codes that apply to all types of buildings with a focus on construction of water distribution systems, sanitary waste drainage, stormwater systems, and gas distribution piping.
Fire protection

ESI has a team of HVAC technicians and electricians fully dedicated to the control wiring, start-up and commissioning of all of our construction projects. These tradespeople work diligently to assure a system operates as designed once we turn a project over. Balancing
Testing, adjusting and balancing of air and water systems with an in-house team capable of field delivery and documentation provides a key resource to our projects. Our balancers provide the critical tuning needed to achieve outstanding end results.
